Hearts of Wild Artichokes in Oil
Delicious preserves in oil created by Agro Pic artisanally and km 0, using wild artichokes that grow wild on the slopes of Aspromonte, harvested and peeled by hand, then processed following the traditional Calabrian recipe.
Wild artichoke hearts in oil are mostly eaten as an appetizer, but they are also ideal for stuffing sandwiches and in salads. Also try them as a side dish for main courses of fish and meat.

Ingredients: Hearts of Wild Artichokes 50%, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, wine vinegar, salt, garlic, bay leaf, mint, oregano.
