Description
Hand-crushed green olives in oil represent a classic Calabrian preserve and a typical food of the Mediterranean diet.
To make crushed green olives in Agro Pic oil, the best 100% Calabrian olives are selected, freshly harvested from the farm’s land and processed following the careful and ancient preparation, the olives with medium ripeness are chosen and subsequently crushed and pitted; to make them even more special they are flavored with chilli pepper, oregano and garlic.
They are eaten directly like this, but can be enjoyed with bread. They are a tasty and quick appetizer, ideal for aperitifs and starters, especially if combined with a platter of mixed cheeses and cured meats. Also excellent for flavoring numerous recipes, as a side dish, on pizza, in sandwiches and in salads. They go very well with a good glass of red wine.
Ingredients: Olives, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, oregano, chilli pepper, garlic, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
