The sweet pepper extract is produced with 100% Calabrian peppers harvested at full maturity directly from our land. It is a basic ingredient of typical Calabrian cuisine, now known for its beneficial properties, in fact it has a large antioxidant power due to the flavonoids it contains, it is rich in vitamin C and minerals, other studies recommend its use to prevent cardiovascular diseases, to increase metabolism and for weight loss, but it is also useful for fighting sore throats.
How to use: Sweet chili pepper extract is used to create appetizers, aperitifs, first and second courses and to give them a unique flavor. In Calabria it is widely used to flavor and give the right degree of spiciness to sausages.
Storage method: Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and sunlight. Consume within the expiry date of the product, once opened, place it in the fridge.
