Description
Dried tomatoes in oil are a true delicacy of Mediterranean cuisine. To obtain this delicious preserve in oil, the best tomatoes are chosen, grown in the open field on our farm, to then be harvested manually, dried in the sun and handcrafted, flavoring them with garlic, oregano, mint and chilli pepper.
Ideal if eaten as is or on a slice of bread, in aperitifs and rustic starters, they give an authentic and strong flavor to dishes, also as a side dish in sandwiches and salads.
Ingredients: Dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, white wine vinegar, garlic, chilli pepper, oregano, mint, bay leaf and salt.
Format: 180g
Storage method: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat sources. Once opened, place in the refrigerator, covering the product with a little oil and consume within a few days.
