Ideal for creating appetizers and aperitifs, excellent if accompanied by cured meats and cheeses.
Ingredients: Chili pepper, bell pepper, onion, dried tomatoes, aubergines, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil, garlic, oregano, bay leaf, salt, wine vinegar and acidity regulator: citric acid. Preservative free.

Storage method: Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and sunlight. Once opened, cover with oil, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
