Agro Pic Sulla di Calabria honey is a fine and delicate honey rich in beneficial and healing properties. The flavor of Sulla honey (a typical Calabrian herbaceous plant) is delicate, as is its scent, a pleasant aroma of wild herbs with a citrus note.
It has a rich content of vitamins A, B and C. Cholesterol, fibre, lactose, gluten and histamine are absent.
It is mainly used as a natural sweetener for coffee, milk, chamomile, tea and infusions, as it has the characteristic of sweetening despite containing a low value of simple sugars. It is also excellent spread on bread and cheese.

Any solidification guarantees the authenticity of the product as it is a natural process, in fact over time the consistency becomes more grainy, however this process does not alter the quality of the product and can be reversible by gently heating the jar.
